"We approached Bryan Wheatcroft to build our new home for us in April 2007. Our home was designed to be reminiscent of a Californian bungalow that was in keeping with our neighbourhood and our brief was to build our home using as many environmentally friendly options as possible. Whilst we did not wish to manage the project we still wanted to be able to make decisions on the types of materials used and be able to include a number of energy-efficient products such as hot water heating, double glazing, and rainwater tanks.

Bryan, Tony and his team are outstanding builders. The whole building process was extremely well-organised and ran smoothly from start to finish, and the quality of work from both the building team, and all the sub-contractors was to the highest standard, right down to the hand-scribed window architraves. Bryan and Tony are friendly and honest and we always felt that we were well-informed on the building progress. They were happy to accommodate changes that we made to the plans along the way and made a number of suggestions as to how we might reduce the costs or improve the function of the house.

We are loving our new home and would definitely recommend Modus Construction."
