The key parameters for the project were to deliver an aesthetically clean simple design within the confines of a modest budget. We engaged Wheatcroft Builders based on Bryan's contract management expertise, proven track record with quality residential and commercial projects and his ability to interpret effectively our requests, while delivering a quality level of workmanship and finish.

Key to the project was the coordination of series of trades from Fitout, (including a special shopfront design from the architect), fire protection services, lighting, electrical and plumbing.

Our experience in working with Bryan Wheatcroft and his team was extremely positive. Their ability to collaborate with the architect and interpret the plans provided was excellent.
