"Over the past 12 years, Wheatcroft Builders have built 4 architecturally designed houses for us and in each case we have been extremely pleased with the end result. The houses have been built to a very high standard, on time and to budget and I have no hesitation in recommending Bryan and his team for similar construction work.

The first two houses, numbers 8 and 10 Waitemata Street, St Mary's Bay, are respectively two and three storey buildings of masonry construction. The other two houses are of timber construction and are located at Garrett Rd, Waiheke Island.

In each case Bryan has been very thorough and worked effectively with both ourselves the client and the different architects to ensure the best result. Project management was of a very high standard, coordinating sub trades, minimising errors, and making sure works were completed on time.
